Friendship-Trauma and Healing Practice is a trauma-informed approach to addressing anti-bullying and promoting restorative relationship building. Developed by Gabrielle "Elle Michelle/Miss Gabbea" Williams Bland, M.Ed., this practice emphasizes the role of friendship dynamics in both the experience of trauma and its healing. It integrates principles of social and emotional learning (SEL) to foster empathy, accountability, and resilience in individuals and communities. Designed for educational, therapeutic, and community settings, the framework supports healing through connection, compassion, and constructive dialogue.
